We invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit poster contributions for Nanoinnovation 2026.
To participate in the Poster Session, please complete the online form and submit your abstract by the deadlines below.
Submission Deadline
Abstracts must be submitted following the submission guidelines. The submission fee varies depending on when you submit:

Please note: Poster submissions will not be accepted without confirmation of payment.
Authors affiliated with a co-organising institution listed at the following LINK may be eligible for a free or discounted poster submission. Each co-organiser has been allocated 3 free submission codes and 5 codes for a 50% discount on the standard fee.
To apply the benefit, enter the code provided by your co-organiser's representative in the Co-Organiser's Code field during submission.
If no valid code is entered, the standard rate will apply.

Selection Process
The Organising and Steering Committees will evaluate submitted abstracts based on scientific quality, innovative aspects, and relevance to the conference themes and objectives. Selected posters will be displayed in the exhibition area.
Additional Opportunities
When submitting your abstract, you will also have the opportunity to indicate your interest in the following:
Oral Presentation: A limited number of posters will be selected for oral presentation in scientific-technical symposia. The applied and innovative nature of the contribution will be a key selection criterion.
YoungInnovation 2026: Researchers under 35 years of age are invited to apply for this special event dedicated to researchers of the future. Topic areas include Material Sciences, Life Sciences, and Agrifood. Attendance is free of charge and open to all, requiring only mandatory online registration. If your abstract is selected by the Scientific Committee, no participation fee will be charged.
