Next-Generation Functional Semiconductors for Energy and Electronics: From Perovskites to Organic Devices 1/3
Co-organised with FBK & KTUN
Chair: Imren HATAY PATIR, Selçuk University

This session belongs to the workshop on next-generation functional semiconductors, devoted to hybrid, organic and perovskite-based systems for energy and electronic applications and to the materials, interfaces and architectures that make them efficient, stable and scalable.
It concentrates on the interface as the decisive element of organic and perovskite optoelectronic devices: the molecular design and functionalisation of contacts, self-assembled monolayers and charge-transport layers, and the way tailored surface chemistry governs energy-level alignment, defect passivation and operational stability, from light-emitting to photovoltaic architectures. It establishes the materials-and-interface groundwork of the workshop.
