Next-Generation Functional Semiconductors for Energy and Electronics: From Perovskites to Organic Devices 2/3
Co-organised with FBK & KTUN
Chair: Imren HATAY PATIR, Selçuk University

Part of the workshop on next-generation functional semiconductors — hybrid, organic and perovskite-based systems for energy and electronics — this session addresses the step where laboratory innovation meets industrial implementation: the processes by which functional layers are actually produced.
Vapour-phase and hybrid coating routes, prime and conductive polymer layers, and engineered surface morphologies are discussed both as performance-defining steps and as the condition for reproducibility over large areas. Energy-storage devices are included as a complementary application of the same thin-film technologies.

The symposium is part of WS.V
