The Operational Committee operates under the direction and supervision of the Technical Organising Committee. It supports the day-to-day coordination and practical execution of NanoInnovation, implementing the priorities, guidelines and operational decisions established by the Technical Organising Committee.
It monitors timelines, coordinates assigned activities and facilitates interaction between programme development, sponsorship, communication, registration and logistics, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
